Why the name Project Moxie?

“Moxie” means force of character, determination, or nerve.

This term captures the work we do in communities. We take on harder projects and provide grit and tenacity to see them through to the finish line. We also like working with communities directly to help them navigate the bureaucratic landscape to get the resources they need to implement solutions they have created.

Project Moxie is passionate about tackling challenging endeavors with enthusiasm and determination, ensuring community-driven solutions to housing and homelessness are successfully developed and implemented.

Core Values

Project Moxie is a recognized leader in creating housing opportunities and communities for everyone. We engage in community-wide visioning, planning, and resource development in the Western regions of the United States and are continuing to expand and grow regionally.

Community-Centric

Each community drives the decision and where the community does not exist, we create it. Humans thrive in community. We believe it’s a cornerstone for health, happiness, and a place for all to thrive.
