Colorado’s Permanent Supportive Housing Program

Project Moxie’s President Jenn Lopez was hired by Governor Hickenlooper in 2014 to increase Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) in Colorado.

Jenn worked closely with the State Division of Housing, the Colorado Housing Finance Authority and a team of consultants to develop a statewide funding strategy for PSH.

The strategy was implemented in 2015 and is still in place. The new funding initiative has resulted in over 1300 new PSH units in Colorado.
