Clear Creek County Housing Strategy

In partnership with several other housing consultants, we helped develop a county-wide housing strategy for Clear Creek County. This involved significant community engagement and public input, as well as stakeholder interviews across the public and private sectors. The plan was unanimously adopted by the Clear Creek County Board of Commissioners in early 2022.
