Lamplighter: Santa Fe, NM Hotel Conversion

We are working with a coalition in Santa Fe, NM on a hotel conversion to to repurpose 60+/- units (25,000+/- sq ft, 1.49 acres), which will include options for studios, one bedrooms, and community spaces. Upon completion, this will be Permanent Supportive Housing for special need population in Santa Fe. We’re proud to partner with developer JL Gray and service provider The Life Link on this initiative.
