PSH Project in Rocky Ford, CO

We are partnering with Total Concept, Inc. and Southeast Health Group to develop a rural Permanent Supportive Housing project to serve the city and surrounding community in Rocky Ford, CO. The project is on the site of old hotel which will be razed for the development of a brand new PSH facility.

Project Moxie is providing technical assistance, resource development, community engagement strategies, and working directly with the developer to see this project through to completion.
